We collect information you provide directly: email address, username, profile photo, festival saves, journal entries, mood check-ins, intentions, and conversations with our AI companion. We also collect usage data including pages visited, features used, and device information.
We use your information to provide and personalize the RaveAura experience, send post-festival aftercare emails you've opted into, improve our AI companion responses, process payments securely via Stripe, and analyze app usage to improve features via PostHog.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase (database) and Vercel (hosting). All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We never sell your personal data to third parties.
RaveAura uses the following third-party services: Supabase — database and authentication; Stripe — payment processing (web); Apple App Store and Google Play (in-app subscriptions via RevenueCat on Android); Anthropic — AI companion functionality; Brevo — transactional email delivery; PostHog — anonymous usage analytics; Vercel — app hosting and deployment.
You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal data at any time. To delete your account and all associated data, go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. To request a data export, contact us at support@raveaura.com.
RaveAura may contain content related to festival culture including references to harm reduction. We do not collect or store any health or medical data. Journal entries and mood check-ins are private and never shared.
RaveAura is intended for users who meet the minimum age for their platform (16 years on iOS, 18 years on Android). We do not knowingly collect data from anyone below these ages.
We may update this policy periodically. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of RaveAura after changes constitutes acceptance.
